Regular Walking Group: <\/strong>We encourage members to come join our regular walks each Tuesday at 9 am.  We typically walk flat or semi-flat paths and trails.  Distance ranges between 2.5 to 3 miles. Steve sends an email each Monday with information on the walk and where to meet.  We often gather for coffee after the walk concludes.  Come join us!  Get some exercise and make some new friends!<\/span><\/p>\n

Big Hikers was established to engage SIRs who want a walking route longer and more challenging than the  other two walking groups. We typically walk about 5 miles with elevation of 500+ feet.   This group meets every Friday at 9 am.  Steve emails group members on Thursdays with information on the hike and where to meet.   <\/span><\/p>\n
